JFW, IE, and Style Sheets?

Does JFW 5.10 interfere, in some way, with MSIE6's handling of style sheets? There's a site I frequent where I get a warning like "You are seeing this message because you are using an older browser or one that does not support style sheets", or words to that efect. The site then suggests I get IE, Mozilla, Navigator, ... I can see all the content, though, so it's no show-stopper. Am just curious.
